The University invites applications for Admission into M.Ed., B.Ed and B.Ed (Special Education), 2012-13 through Entrance Test.

Sale and Submission of Applications:

Applications can be obtained by submitting a Challan (SBH) or DD from any nationalized bank in favour of “The Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University” payable at Hyderabad either from the University headquarters, or Programme Centre & or any Regional Coordination Centres listed below of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University . Filled in Application Forms shall be submitted along with a registration fee of Rs.100/- Challan (SBH) or DD at the RCC’s/Programme centres either in person or by post on or before the last date. The forms received without registration fee and after last date will not be considered.

DIETCET - 2012 Notification

Online applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admission into two year Diploma in Education (D.Ed.,) in Government District Institutes of Educational Training (DIETs) and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state to be conducted by Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh on Thursday, 08th July, 2012 in all 23 Districts of the State.

Date and Timings of DIET CET:DIETCET will be conducted on 08th July 2012 in all the Districts of the State. The test will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (2 hours)

LPCET - 2012 Notification

The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has issued LPCET 2012 Notification for the admission in to TPT, HPT, UPT Course in various colleges in the state. Language Pandit Common Entrance Test will enable the candidates to get admission in to Telugu, Hindi, Urdu Pandit 1 year courses in IASE or College Teacher Education institutions in AP. Candidates interested in Language Pandit Common Entrance Test LPCET 2012 Notification should submit their applications only through online method.

Important Dates:
1. Commencement of Online applications :26th April 2012

2. Close of online applications: 10th May 2012
3. Date of LPCET 2012: 01st July 2012n.
4. TPT: 10.30 AM to 12.00 Noon
5. UPT: 10.30 AM to 12.00 Noon
6. HPT: 2.00 PM to 3.30 PM
